Objektif Program / Event Objectives:
The Sakura Gathering 2026 is a flagship community event designed for members of the Malaysia–Japan Academic Association (MJAA) to embrace the spirit of spring together.
This gathering aims to fortify the bonds within the MJAA community through a relaxed and inclusive hanami experience.
By warmly Welcoming family members and friends, we strive to create a vibrant, multi-generational atmosphere that fosters informal networking, cultural appreciation, and a shared celebration of the cherry blossom season.

Peringatan Penting & Senarai Semak Peserta / Important Reminders & Checklist
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following:
Dress Code & Weather: Spring in Tokyo can remain quite chilly, especially in open areas.
Please wear warm clothing. As cherry blossom timing and weather are unpredictable, we highly recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella as a light rain contingency.
Waste Management (Carry-Your-Own-Trash Policy): Chidorigafuchi Park does not provide public trash bins. All participants must bring their own trash bags and take all waste home.
Food & Drinks: Please prepare your own bento and beverages. Open fires, portable stoves, and BBQ activities are strictly prohibited within the park premises.
Galeri Media / Media Gallery (coming soon after the event):
– A dedicated section for uploading event photos (google drive).
– A “Throwback” video section to showcase the highlights after the event.
Special thanks to our generous lucky draw sponsors for their kind support and contributions, which added excitement and joy to the event.
