* Managing email systems (admin side 👨‍💻)
* Understanding platform differences (incl. Lark)

The workshop received encouraging participation, with a total of 15 active participants successfully registered and some attending the full session.

Participants actively engaged throughout the workshop by:

  • Asking questions during the Q&A session
  • Participating in discussions
  • Expressing interest in institutional email administration and technical support roles within MJAA

Overall feedback and engagement during the session were highly positive, and participants appeared to enjoy the learning experience.

The workshop successfully achieved its objectives by:

  • Increasing participants’ understanding of institutional email systems
  • Providing practical exposure to email administration workflows
  • Encouraging interest in digital infrastructure management
  • Creating opportunities for future technical volunteer involvement within MJAA

The session also strengthened interaction among participants interested in technology-related organizational support activities.

The Email Management Workshop was successfully completed with active participation and positive engagement from attendees. The session provided valuable knowledge-sharing opportunities and practical understanding of institutional email management.
