Focus Sessions are intended to spotlight timely and relevant topics that resonate with both countries and encourage cross-sector engagement. Focus session papers strictly follow the same specifications, requirements, and policies as the main conference submissions.

Malaysia, highlighted by National Semiconductor Strategy, aims to move up the value chain in Electrical & Electronics industry, and are committed to training and upskilling 60000 high-skilled engineers. Japan too has similar priorities as highlighted by the “Outline of Semiconductor Revitalization Strategy in Japan by the by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan. This focus session is technically co-sponsored by IEEE CAS Malaysia.
